MORE RAIN/SNOW PREDICTED IN BALOCHISTAN FROM SATURDAY (NIGHT) TO MONDAY

            An active westerly weather system is likely to enter in Balochistan on Saturday (night) to Monday (morning). under the influence to this weather system:

          widespread rain-thunderstorm and snowfalls over the hills (with isolated heavy fallls) accompanied by gusty winds is expected in Sherani, Zhob, Musakhel, Qila Saifullah, Loralai, Barkhan, Pishin, Quetta, Qila Abdullah, Mastung, Chaghi, Sibi, Ziarat, Harnai, Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Bolan, Jhal Magsi, Jaffarabad, Kalat, Khuzdar,  Kharan, Washuk, Awaran and Lasbella districts.

Due to heavy falls it may generate flash flooding in local nullah/riverine in vulnerable areas during the period.           

All concerned authorities are advised to remain ALERT and take precautionary measures during the period.

            An active weather system likely to enter in Balochistan on Thursday (Morning) to Tuesday (Evening).  Under the influence of this weather system:

          Moderate to heavy rain/thunderstorm associated with windstorm with snow over hills is expected at wide spread places in Sherani, Zhob, Musakhel, Qila Saifullah, Loralai, Barkhan, Pishin, Quetta, Qila Abdullah, Mastung, Noshki, Chaghi, Sibi, Ziarat, Harnai, Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Bolan, Naseerabad, Jhal Magsi, Jaffarabad, Kalat, Khuzdar, Kharan, Washuk,  Panjgur, Turbat, Awaran, Lasbella and Gawadar districts on Thursday (Morning) to Sunday (Morning. However, light rain-thunderstorm will still persist over upper parts of the province from Sunday (Morning ) to Tuesday (Evening).

Due to heavy fall it may generate flash floods in the vulnerable areas.

Snowfall (over the hills) is also expected in Sherani, Zhob, Musakhel, Qila Abdullah, Ziarat, Harnai, Pishin, Quetta, Kalat and upper parts of Khuzdar districts during the period.
